BIGGEST HIT: ESPECIALLY FOR YOU (#1, 1988) TOO MANY BROKEN HEARTS (#1, 1989) SEALED WITH A KISS (#1, 1989) ANY DREAM WILL DO (#1, 1991)

Johnny Cash's cover of 'Hurt' entering the chart in 2003 is the last time I can remember hearing a song for the first time on the chart show that completely stopped me in my tracks (although Lana's 'Video Games' came close). My other faves are his cover of 'One' and of course his own 'Ring Of Fire'.

Have to give some appreciation to Johnny Cash's version of 'Hurt' also

The Kid LAROI does have a good handful of hits I like but don't feel hugely invested in him as an artist - surprised he was only 3rd for r Joseph though!

I honestly think Laroi is dreadful! :puke2:

'Thousand Miles' is the only thing of his I've been able to enjoy (I suppose 'Stay' was OK before the overplay happened)

Yeah I've never been fully on board with Laroi though there are a couple of his songs I do enjoy.

I didn't vote for him but Jason Donovan is definitely one of my guiltier pleasures, there's so many of his songs I've got a big soft spot for. S/A/W at their peak

I forgot to save my votes but if my top 2 is what I think it is, I think Laroi in third might make more sense!!

I can guess who one of the ones ahead is but I'm blanking on the other one
Laroi top 100 *.*

Thanks to me you know. ^_^

Poor me. 42 points vanished in one day. :drama:

However, I'm pleased both Laroi and Jason Donovan are top 100.

Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt is of course one of the all time greatest covers, though he has a great back catalogue and wonderful storytelling style. At Folsom Prison was a great album, and I'm not always into country music.

BIGGEST HIT: I LIKE IT (#8, 2018)

Jason def has a few guilty pleasures, when you come back to me was one of the few times SAW made an attempt with a Christmas's feeling song as the song has a nice few bell sounds throughout.

Although much smaller hits compared to many others I also really like rsvp and mission of love.

I wasn't expecting (and hoping) to see Bad Bunny top 100 here. *cough cough* :P

My favourite Seal track by far was 'The Beginning' - made no. 24. 'Music takes you round and round and round. Hold on to the love' :music:

Miles preferred the Adamski (but sadly uncredited) electronic version of 'Killer' than the more acoustic solo version.

Is the solo version more acoustic? I always thought they were pretty similar - and don’t blame Seal for doing it either considering Adamski didn’t credit him…. Although I would agree that the original 1990 single is still the definitive version
