December 5, 20231 yr I think it’s an unpopular opinion but I cannot STAND Orkgotik lately. His drag is great but I feel like it’s a very singular vision, very rarely fits the theme that well and whilst he is creative, I feel like you know what you are going to get from every look before it comes up. And the personality is actually kind of rotted, really cannot take to him. Throb is also horrible tbh, every single time he opens his mouth is just delighting at people not doing well or talking shit about them. Nio is really the only option for the crown at this point, although I think Cynthia isn’t being given her flowers and is the character of the season for sure. Blackberri deserved this win but I think Cynthia could/should have been in the top over Throb.
December 12, 20231 yr Throb might be the most insufferable monster ever on Dragula, VILE Nio absolutely ate this, so far ahead of the others imo. At this point it feels like such a one horse race but it’s deserved tbh. Honestly she’s the only one that consistently changes things up and fits the theme but stays true to herself. So many of the others are very singular in the way they approach every challenge and you know exactly what you are getting before they even come out.
