My boxset arrived yesterday and it's beautiful, I love the photo book not watched or listened yet but will in time, excited to revisit it yet again!

I saw this last night, with no thanks to the Jubilee Line being a s*itshow on the way there and back!

The gig though - amazing.

I think it's the fourth time I've seen them but the first since 2006, so there were many songs I'd never seen live before. They all sounded vocally brilliant, the sets were perfect - amazing graphic design, some nice new mixes in there. The Sarah tributes were incredibly touching and so well executed at every moment they were included, it really felt like she was there.

My personal highlights were Whole Lotta History (a stunning ballad, made even more beautiful and poignant), and the closing few songs - Call The Shots (gorgeous), Something Kinda Ooooh (Kimberley knows how to lean into a meme, love it), and The Promise (it's always been my favourite song of theirs although I know it gets a harder time on here than most - I just adored it live, and Sarah's walking primrose moment was so brilliant).

But special mentions to Something New (which is way better known than I'd thought from its poor chart run), Biology (which is such a masterpiece), Sound of the Underground and No Good Advice (what a duo of singles to kickstart your career with, they still sound so fresh), Girl Overboard (spectacular, should have been a single, and more fool the many people who used the song to go and get drinks), On The Metro (why was this not the follow-up to Something New?) and even Jump, which is way better live to me than it ever was on record.

There wasn't really any song or performance I didn't enjoy, I guess at a push Wake Me Up didn't hit me as much as the others but it never has really personally, and the bikes were cool to see. I'd have loved Life Got Cold or The Loving Kind but I can see why both were left out, it was a very high energy show for the most part so I guess they didn't want that to let up and create more toilet breaks for people.

I hope they can feel the love here and do something else together after this tour.

Cheryl mentioned tonight in her speech before Long Hot Summer that they were filming again.

What a show! Not a single second of that whole experience went to waste.

I did notice people around me using 'Whole Lotta History' and (disappointingly but not surpisingly) 'Girl Overboard' for their toilet breaks. I managed to not even go once!

I wasn't quite prepared for how emotional the Sarah bit at the end of 'Whole Lotta History' would make me feel  I actually cried on this middle-aged woman's shoulder next to me

Wasn't it just, i cried too

Glad you had a wonderful time though, it was such an incredible show, they are truly one of the greatest girl bands ever!

I saw them on Tuesday, it was an incredible show throughout. Nicola suprised me so much with her vocals, if anything she was the strongest. I very much doubt they were live more than 40% of the time. They were during wake me up and sounded absolutely horrendous that me and my friend laughed. They really do have a fantastic catalogue of songs. I've never been to a concert that size where you could tell the entire crowd was on their feet enjoying dancing and singing every word.

Highlights were Something New, Jump (Suprisingly better live), Something kinda ooh, untouchable and call the shots)

I went again on Tuesday and Wednesday at the O2 and it was just phenomenal. I was with a couple of friends on Tuesday and both loved it, and were both in tears at the Sarah tributes! They enjoyed the album track moments despite being less familiar with them, no toilet/bar breaks here thankfully. Wednesday was my best view, block B3 so I had an amazing floor view of the girls, and it was just the best. After how emotional I felt during the first show, for a variety of reasons, I was able to just go and have a great time with these two, soak in some extra memories, and live my best life to songs that have shaped me in so many ways. I love that they've filmed the tour so we can relive its magic again and again when it gets released, and I really do hope they consider sticking around  but if not, I'm so grateful we got this tour
I don't reckon they will bring out new music without Sarah it is too raw for them
Last night of the tour tonight!

And now it's over

I hope there'll be footage from the O2 Priority show, particularly if they perform anything there that didn't make the tour set list! Also Brighton Pride. I'd be so happy if anything happens beyond that, but like Joseph says, if not I'm still so grateful for what they have given us. It was a brilliant tour.

I never mentioned it before now but I actually went to the Saturday 22nd June show at the O2! It was rather spontaneous. The day before, a friend messaged me to say that he wasn't able to make it anymore and offered his ticket to me for free... 2nd row in the VIP seats! :o I really couldn't turn it down, even though I had to factor in travel costs. It was a long day, and I was by myself which made me feel anxious. Once the show started though, I had no regrets about going. I was in the middle of the row so it was an absolutely brilliant view! It was the first London show and the audience was so loud and up for it. It felt very special to be there!

It was also nice to get the VIP tote bag and more importantly the signed programme :cheeseblock: and I even managed to get a signed print. That's a whole other story... which I'll tell now. x I went into the O2 arena, past the bit where you get your ticket scanned, rather early. It had been suggested on another forum that it was more likely that the prints would be on sale inside the arena, rather than the one that's at the entrance. Well, it ended up being the case that they were only available at the entrance, so I assumed I'd missed my chance. However, at the end as I was making my way out, I went into the merch stand where they were being sold on the off chance that they still had some, and they did! :cheer: It was the red/pink dresses one. I'm looking forward to getting that framed + the black dresses print from Nottingham. :w00t:

One thing that was a slight pity was that I left the arena area as soon as Something Kinda Ooooh finished, i.e. missing The Promise. I really wanted to stay, but I felt like it was a sensible idea to leave earlier so that the tube wasn't heaving. Maybe it's leaving at this point that ensured me getting that print though, so I'll think of it like that. And I had seen The Promise at my previous three shows of course. It was just a bit awkward leaving the row, with 3 people telling me "there's still one more song"!

I'm glad everyone here had a great time at their shows and I've enjoyed reading your views and thoughts. I will agree that the lack of a live band was a bit of a shame considering there was one at all of their previous tours. Although I will say that the likes of Something Kinda Ooooh never quite popped off with a live band as it does with a studio version, so I think there are some advantages of no band. But on balance I would have preferred one. I think maybe pop arena concerts are shifting away from a live band? I don't think the S Club tour had a band either.

Every picture/video I see of them makes me feel happy/proud of them for all they've achieved with this tour. While I can understand if they view this tour as being their final hurrah, I truly hope it isn't the end... if they wanted to continue, the love and support is certainly there for them!

The girls' Virgin Media/O2 Priority show at Shepherd's Bush Empire happened on Tuesday!

The set list didn't include Untouchable, Girl Overboard, Graffiti My Soul, Long Hot Summer or Girl Overboard. Otherwise the other 15 songs from the tour set list were performed in order.

There's currently lots of stories of fan footage from the show on Nicola and Kimberley's stories, if you're quick enough to watch them:

Looks like it was a great night. I wish I could have been there! Seeing Girls Aloud in such a small venue and see them so close must be a great experience!
