Apologies for the lateness Last week saw Shygirl comfortably break the winning margin record with 80% of the vote. This record was previously held jointly by Overmono's "Is U" and The Chemical Brothers' "Live Again" who both won with 62.5% earlier this year.

 

Shygirl made "thicc" with Cosha and producers Karma Kid and Sega Bodega. She explained in a press release. “I’ve enjoyed teasing this one at festivals and shows while still in demo mode for over a year already with the idea of somehow infusing the energy of the crowd into this final version of the song—‘thicc’ is fun and carefree and definitely a tease—all the classic traits of club shy infused into one track.”
