Only just found out the info :

#132 - Steptacular

#135 - Step One

#144 - Buzz

^_^

I assume that’s in the region of ~1,300 sales for each of them.

Thanks Jay! I didn’t expect a high position (#lack of streaming) but still I hoped for one of them to remain top 100.

Also they left all the other charts this week (Scottish, sales etc)

Great they all made tge top 200 and very close to each other aswell, I'd say 1300 each is fair estimate so in total almost 5k steps vinyls for the week.

Almost 4k... 3,900

Maths was never my strong point!!

Hopefully the vinyls can keep on selling for them mow even in small casual sales.

I wonder if the DSOB one is “limited?”

The price tag is quite off putting… want to see if it drops in price before I get it!

I've decided to give it a miss at the current price, will get if it it comes down to a more reasonable one.

With all the songs recently showing up from the vaults they could have added 1 of the songs to each release to make it even more apealing.
The only incentive really is Lee on the back cover but you can Google that image for free :kink:

Why would you need to Google the image I wonder!? B-)

"First time on vinyl" releases are usually just the original track lists. I think if Steps/their team/label had been interested in a project that involved previously unreleased tracks, then they'd have gone down the CD/Digital reissue path to accommodate them.

Also those leaks occurred after these vinyl albums were planned and finalised!

True the cd release would be better for that type of release.

Now that a few demos leaked and the vinyls released I think that's it from steps for a couple of years apart from possibly another Claire studio album which would help bridge the gap.

I'm sure there will be expanded editions down the line to get everyone to buy the vinyls/album again.

Spice girls did the same, Spice, Spiceworld and Forever got basic vibyk releases before expanded editions, should Forever25 happen.

I also think they will come but part of me wishes they were released alongside the vinyls with each album having its own release date rather than the 3 together but that's not to take away from how happy I was to finally see the vinyls released.
