The controversy has had no real impact on her commercial performance. Of course, the album she did with the film didn't do so well, but they also cancelled all promotion for it. Still, the two post-album singles had reasonable success in certain regions (Floating Through Space at European radio, and 1+1 was a chart and radio hit in France). Snowman has become a huge Christmas streaming hit (people don't give a sh!t that it's her who is singing it), and same goes for Unstoppable which blew up in 2022-23 and between 900K-1.1M daily streams on Spotify now.

 

Gimme Love has done fairly well yes, it reached number one in French Belgium, and the top 15 in France, it also spent 11 weeks at number one at French radio. I think Dance Alone definitely has European radio hit potential, and hopefully it will translate to chart success. The sad thing is they are both middle-aged women and we know how Spotify, US radio, etc. treat them!

Exactly! Whilst it help Kylie's streaming numbers and all, a collab with Sia in 2024 isn't exactly headline grabbing news.
