I expect to also hear Michael Sembello and Kenny Loggins from the 80s, any more?

Interesting timing, with Gregg Alexander's co-write on Murder on the Dancefloor sitting at No.2 in the charts, and another of his band members, Danielle Brisebois, co-writing Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten...

Featuring Peter Sarstedt's 1969 track Where Do You Go To (My Lovely)?

My first thought was No Mercy's song of similar name but apparently they got another top 5 hit so not a one hit wonder.

I expect to hear Chesney Hawkes and Tony di Bart then for the 90s...

Most of them are going to be the Novelty ones like Teletubbies, Mr. Blobby, Hale & Pace - The Stonk

There's tons of examples - White Town, Nizlopi, Stiltskin, Babylon Zoo, Sandi Thom, Nick Berry, Charlene... and that's just off the top off my head!

Sandi had a couple of smaller hits but depends on their definition.

I’ve seen some very dubious inclusions on “one hit wonder” albums (Aqua/Whigfield…).

I was going by the definition they stated: "artists that were hardly heard from again" - but yes even that is open to interpretation!
