Perrie is holding a fan event right now and will be playing her new single!

She teased on her HQ account some lyrics are “I don’t want you ever to forget about us”

Apparently it is coming in April!

She shared a photo in her WhatsApp group, there is a fridge with lots of magnets.

It spells out 'Forget Us' and 'April'.

The producer is also listed as 1204 on Spotify, nobody can find this 'producer', however it could mean April 12th, which is a Friday.

I wonder if there were plans for earlier but some other artists announced things that are due to release between now and the date they ended up choosing? Idk... but it is weird that they've hyped something that is coming in... April...

Isn't she rumoured to be on Graham Norton in March though?

Is Graham doing another series from March? He hasn’t for the past 2 years.. and next week is the last show of the current series?

No idea. It was just speculation/a rumour (that is quite likely to be false) so who knows.

With Beyonce, Taylor, Ariana and Dua Lipa all releasing in the next 2 or 3 months she couldn't have picked a worse time. Even worse when you think they have waited so long to then release when so many top female artists are releasing.

I predict the first single will get swallowed up by everything else and a 13-35-79-out chart run is coming.

I dunno… I’m quite optimistic about solo Perrie.. and think the odds will be in her favour.

I feel like she’s going to have a confident strong debut..although, if April is true.. it’s an age - and we’re already hyped!

I saw on another forum it was originally due in Q3 but Perrie wanted to push it up..

idk how true that is.

I never get these new solo artists that film videos in far off places, increasing costs when the label will almost certainly be looking at the bottom line of profit.

Obviously we haven't heard the song but I'm sure they could make a creative video in the UK with a smaller budget.

The bigger the budget the higher the expectations will be for it to do well.

Perrie did a Zoom with some fans:

Ed Sheehan worked on the debut single.

The music video was a three day shoot in Cape town.

She is trying to convince the label to have 20 songs on the deluxe album

No features at present.

She also apparently said she ofcourse she would love to get a Grammy, but in this new chapter she wants happiness, she wants to sing and release songs. She doesn’t want to be the next big star because she already achieved all the sucess when she was younger and in Little Mix!
