After a 3 month break from social media Jesy has confirmed on her Instagram broadcast channel that she is planning to put out an EP with her boyfriend Zion Foster.

 

She revealed she needed to take time out to work on herself and that social media severely impacts her mental health.

 

Jesy revealed she is having trouble releasing the solo songs she worked on due to politics since becoming independent. She apologised for taking so long to release music and said she needed to be in the right headspace to return.

 

She has confirmed on Instagram and Tiktok comments a joint EP is coming with her boyfriend Zion Foster. She plans on releasing this joint project first before her solo stuff. She said she wants to just give the fans something ASAP.

 

I've made this thread separate to the album one as that material does not seem like it will be coming anytime soon.

 

The song Jesy is teasing the most is titled 'Mine'.

It will be a random droplet and not a single, I do not believe she has any intention of promoting.

 

From a conversation with her she is not expecting music to chart and is fine with that, she just wants to release music she loves.

I agree and she looks so much better for it.

Mine sounds like the type of song I wanted from her. I am also loving the toned down look. She looks fresh and good. Hope she doesn't blow things this time round .

It doesn’t sound that great but she probably needs a toned down approach after Boyz.

Her skin is glowing and looks so much better without the awful fake tan. Loving that she’s embracing the natural tones of her skin. I hope this song is good, and doesn’t have much of that annoying baby sounds she does. Having a break was probably a good idea.

She wanted to leave the band to make her own music and own decisions. That's not got anything to do with stealing limelight or being the first to go solo in my opinion.

 

Anyway she looks the best she has in so long but I do wish she would take some accountability.
