The fourth quarter-final sees Netherlands take on Turkey at the Olympiastadion, Berlin. For Netherlands it was an comfortable performance against a spirited Romania it is the first time since 2008 that Netherlands have reached the quarter-finals at the Euros, For Turkey they beat Austria 2-1 in an absorbing game arguably what may have the best match of the second round, it needed a wonder save from their goalkeeper Mert Gunok to keep Austria from equalising in the final seconds of stoppage time, again like Netherlands it is Turkey's first quarter-finals at the Euros since 2008.

How do we see this one going?

Turkey defender Merih Demiral has been given a two-match ban for making an ultra-nationalist salute during his country's Euro 2024 win against Austria.

Demiral, 26, scored both Turkey's goals as they beat Austria 2-1 to earn a quarter-final spot against the Netherlands on Saturday.

The Al-Ahli defender celebrated his second goal with a 'wolf salute', a gesture associated with the far-right extremist group Grey Wolves that is linked with Turkey's ruling coalition party the National Movement Party.

And yet Bellingham wasn't banned.

They always take a stricter stance when it's something political rather than something "stupid".

Dumbest ban I remember was Bendtner getting banned from Euro 2012 for sporting Paddy Power underwear.

It should have been a 'suspended ban' to a later date like Bellingham's.
It should have been a 'suspended ban' to a later date like Bellingham's.

There's a difference between a stupid gesture and a far-right gesture. UEFA were never gonna suspend his ban.

Akaydin’s second-best goal of the tournament, the man just has an instinct for getting the ball in the net
England way too good for either of these teams but it’s a good open game with a lot of chances
