Really not sure - I’ve just seen though that if you order the physical bundle via her site that they will ship the CD and Cassette immediately rather than altogether when the vinyl is released so should give it a healthy boost, Kylie seems to shift a solid 3-4k of physicals so could be looking at 6k for CD/Cassette sales in week 1.

Because i think they are prepared then it may sneak top 40 this week. I think there will be an exclusive download midweek if it is close. i think they will track day by day and be ready. We have also seen the sped up, sped down versions etc on Instragram somewhere so these are all ready to throw out and we love a chart campaign so can download

Also if there is an digital album coming on pre-order then we can purchase that version of the single too :)

If it goes top 75 I'd be happy and anything higher would be a bonus in the UK.

It's likely next Friday will be it's peak unless they have further plans for the week the vinyl comes out.

With Ireland and Australia I'm hoping she can chart but I'm unsure.

As for the song, not sure yet, I don't love it or hate but I prefer to any of the releases from disco guest list and dance alone and midnight ride.

Top 40.

Yes.

Not Sure.

Not Sure.

The physicals X2 should really put the song in with a chance of entering the Top 40.

Looks like you are forced to pay the £8 for the bundle with vinyl so it looks like they will send all CD and Cassette tapes out to count this week?

It confirms when ordering CD/Cassette will be shipped now with vinyl to follow.

So there really is no advantage of buying the bundle cassette, vinyl, CD together lol

Update: I am now humming the full song constantly.

Maybe if the vinyl was left unannounced for now and announced later with a cd2 it might have been a further draw for us.

Kylie should show in the first look chart now on Sunday.

I doubt it will chart, probably in the 101-200 for a couple of weeks. Could possibly chart low end in Ireland. Will not chart in Australia at all, she is very unpopular in her home country. Not a bad song, but yeah she has had better

i think very unpopular in australia is very unfair to say when her tours sell out she still achieves charting singles and also achieves number 1 albums.

PP barely made the top 20 (19) and that was only after the word of the UK success of the song filtered through. Tension has pretty much mirrored the UK sales, per capita. She last toured Australia with the "Golden" tour in small arenas that did not sell out. She is seen as iconic in Australia, but her sales are well below par of an artist of her stature

For years the UK has always been her biggest market - PP may have only ‘just’ made the Top 20 but has been certified Platinum (70,000 sales) and in fairness she hasn’t done a Kylie tour anywhere since ‘Golden’.

For the Australian tour it seems that the majority sold out, or very nearly did apart from Adelaide which struggled somewhat, three of the venues were 10k+ so a decent amount.

I think you have your opinion formed on Kylie which is your entitlement but I disagree with your opinion and believe Kylie is doing more than fine in Australia.

She is well passed her peak but when compared to other legendary acts she is doing very well.

I live in Australia and we were at a club today, 20 or so of us, talking about Australian music. The demographics were wide. I belong to the lower end (18-25). I was the one and only who mentioned Kylie and it wasnt met with derision, but close to it. People in Australia appreciate her career, but dont take her seriously as a music talent and I doubt she ever will be. I think differently, but I am cetaibly in an minority on that
