For the third time in a row, a track from Chemistry wins! Unlike the last two winners, Swinging London Town is an album track - the third to make it onto the track list. Apparently Love/Hate is more on the Hate side as it goes onto the Worst track list - making it the sixth song from Sound of the Underground to be considered the weakest track.
