July 19, 20242 yr Kinda rooting for 'Espresso' to have somehow avoided ACR just to avoid 'Please Please Please' going back to #1 by default next week x
July 19, 20242 yr Author Sales rip may be late tonight, my apologies, as I'll be out. If another chart mod is about then they may be able to do the rip this evening but if not, it'll be quite late tonight!
July 19, 20242 yr Kinda rooting for 'Espresso' to have somehow avoided ACR just to avoid 'Please Please Please' going back to #1 by default next week x We need a new no. 1 so hoping they both go on ACR soon.
July 19, 20242 yr Eminem sold 45,000, not sure how good or bad that is for him compared to his history
July 19, 20242 yr We need a new no. 1 so hoping they both go on ACR soon. Just seen Birds Of A Feather is #2 on Spotify so that could go #1 next week if Espresso goes ACR

July 19, 20242 yr Apple needs to be top 40 next week. I can't believe Alibi is top 75. :o :D EDIT: My Oh My had already CD singles counted? Edited July 19, 20242 yr by Jason
July 19, 20242 yr Eminem sold 45,000, not sure how good or bad that is for him compared to his history It's a solid improvement on his last album which opened with 36.3k. The one before that debuted with 55.1k but that was before download album sales really collapsed (it had 30k in streaming sales which this album should have also beaten). Not really fair to compare it to any of the albums before that as it doesn't have a physical release yet and he was historically a big seller on physicals.
July 19, 20242 yr Eminem sold 45,000, not sure how good or bad that is for him compared to his history He would’ve had a lot more sales if he’d released physicals
July 19, 20242 yr Rest of the football songs in the top 100: 44 Neil Diamond - Sweet Caroline 46 Fat Les - Vindaloo 53 New Order - World In Motion 94 The Beatles - Hey Jude Yay for 'Hey Jude' holding on *.* first week in the top 100 since its 3 week run when it (along with their whole catalogue) was made available to download in 2010. Slightly surreal to see Yuki Chiba having a top 100 hit to his name now - I had (under his previous stage name KOHH) as a BJSC potential back in like 2014, didn't end up sending it but if I had that'd be one of the last of my BJSC artists I'd ever expect to show up in the UK charts. Meanwhile 'Alibi' provides a first chart appearance for all 3 of its artists who were all previously sent to BJSC :magic:
July 19, 20242 yr “Birds Of A Feather” up by 106 sales! Nice that avoided ACR. And music video is coming soon, she's already teasing. The song still has a shot at #1 :cheer:
July 20, 20242 yr It seems that MTV have stopped broadcasting the chart show every Saturday like they used to
