Qualifiers for the BMX racing happened today. Beth Schriever won all three of her heats very convincingly, Kye Whyte just scraping through in tenth place though!

Beth Schriever very safely into the Final winning all three semi-final races! Sadly not the case for Kai Whyte who was stretchered off after his second semi.

A second gold for Evenepoel, this time in the road race! Nice to see an unexpected silver for Valentin Madouas as well, being able to cling on to Evenepoel long enough to stay away from the rest of the pack.

Faulkner deserved that. Great break away at the end.

 

Track cycling is underway! Women's team sprint has been a bit crazy - the world record broken three times in about 5 minutes :lol:

Gold for England in the women's sprint! Starting the cycling off well.

Oh dear, GB rider’s legs have way. Silver great though.

And a bronze for the women as well - definitely paced that well, it looked like Italy were miles ahead but they knew exactly what they were doing!
