It left me feeling a little squeamish.

That’s mainly due to a fear of crocodiles.

I’m the same. Have been tipped off so I’ll probably be watching through my hands-how bad is it?

It’s not too bad,

but you can see those beady eyes in the water. And that’s enough for me.

LOL I actually managed to not see them at all by averting my eyes whenever the characters were near water  hopefully there won’t be any more of that from this point on!

Quite relieved to see Tess has seemingly survived, I couldn’t be doing with her never ever having the chance to come back and continue being utterly ridiculous.

I’m guessing Mackenzie must have been shot by one of Heath’s stray bullets?

What in the high camp was that? Greatest soap death of all time, surely?

I was pretty certain Haz was going to die, but oh well! Is it really just going to be Heath?

Yeah I think that part with Haz & Holly by the river is done.

Me too, I’m guessing she’ll face justice now. And what happened to Justin? The guy who took Toadie and Mel.

It looks that way.

Absolutely loving the Toadie backlash. It’s long overdue.

The morality in recent storylines has definitely been more miss than hit.

Are we supposed to be siding with an unusually cruel Aaron and Jane whilst they bully Nicolette out of her daughter’s life? Like, why are they so shocked poor Isla was screaming for her mother?

And poor Vera. Thag prank was evidently supposed to be funny but definitely came across as nasty.

Random to see Gino back! Bittersweet mentions of Lyn though, I still can’t get over that we’ll never see her again.

I thought of that too.

So Toadie leaves after 29 years and I felt…nothing. Nothing at all in that episode. They really dropped the ball with him.

Absolutely agree, it was a rather limp exit.

So poorly done.

There is no part of Toadies exit i enjoyed overall,i found the build up and lead into his exit annoying more than anything else and it felt very drawn out without it been any way entertaining, its not the last we see of him though as he will be making a few reappearances before he fully disappears so lets hope when he returns he will be more upbeat which i think he will.

It’s been confirmed that

Melanie

has been axed.

Unlike Toadie, I feel this one is a huge mistake. This character has come back into their own recently-basically since Toadie left and all that rubbish ended. Methinks the show might be struggling again.

There are definitely other characters who could be axed first-Leo and Aaron spring to mind.

That axing is a big mistake in my opinion, I do agree in that the show seems to be struggling when they are axing characters with huge history in the show.
I just couldn’t at the elderly extras looking really happy when Terese was leaving Eirini Rising. They clearly hadn’t been told what was going on in that scene-the camp waving!

Given the residents of Eirini Rising clearly don’t want Terese back-and with good reason given the danger she put them in-it seems odd we’re supposed to be routing against them.

Really sad news today-Ian Smith will be leaving the show again because he has terminal cancer. This is way too soon after Janet
