It’s not exactly giving a show that’s worth saving atm.

I know they can’t repeat the last finale but I found today’s episode really boring.

And just how does someone like Krista even get pregnant when she’s been so adamant she doesn’t want to?

  • Sure the last week is the W/B 8th December... (sure I read it somewhere) So I guess the last ep would be 11th December?

  • Yes, that's as far as the episode list goes up to on Amazon. Hopefully something (anything?) interesting and gripping will happen to close out the show in the next month. Maybe there will be lots of s

  • There really isn’t enough going on that interests me. It’s probably for the best that it’s ending at this point. I’m watching the classic episodes on YouTube and I’m up to 1987, it’s much better in s

I liked the Wendy Holly stuff today but outside of that not much happened and considering it was the third last episode it didnt give alot looks like it all falls down to the final 2 episodes.

I agree about Krista for someone so adamant she didn't want to be pregnant again she obviously isnt great with the science of it!!

Hahaha so true! It is fairly predictable that she'd end up pregnant though.

Glad Remi got her memory back, I guess that was always going to happen though.

Agreed on Krista, but then I guess she would have got pregnant before she told Leo she didn't want a baby (but presumably around the same time as agreeing to the Nicolette arrangement), so maybe they didn't use protection until after that.

Beyond that it's been quite a dull week really, nothing like the great 2022 finale.

Today seemed better but there’s a lot to cram in tomorrows episode.

I liked seeing Elle hug Lucas in the preview. Loved them as a couple back in the day. Shame it’s not Pippa Black of course but this Elle definitely has won me around.

I agree, I wasn't to keen on the 'new' Elle at the start, but I've really come around to her.

It's so so far off the 2022 finale, the build up alone was great whereas now it all seems extremely flat.

Last time I was really feeling the loss of the show where now I feel more oh well that's it.

Well, the finale was just ok for me. Lots of things hanging in the air but I guess it's ok and realistic as life moves on and we don't know what will happen next if we are not there to see it.

But 2022 was very special, I rewatched it about four times. Doubt I'll sit through this one again, but it was fine and some nice returnees. But not devastated it's ending this time, it's two and a half hours I'll get back every week anyway 🤣

That finale was pleasant without being anything special. It was nice though.

I've always loved Roxy and Ned, so it was great to see both of them back briefly.

I actually really enjoyed that. Not as good as the previous finale but nothing ever could be. I had enjoyed having it back on borrowed time, though some clear mistakes were made throughout the Amazon era.

I do think it’s time to let it rest now. Let us imagine that Susan’s plan to fight the freeway worked out and that Ramsay Hills and Robinson Towers still went ahead and got populated with past characters.

At least if it came back, they haven’t tied themselves to any big endings like last time (Toadie and Mel marrying, Jane and Mike reuniting) and so it’d ironically be easier to bring back.

No, that’s it for Neighbours. I’m more sad about that than I thought I’d be this time round but it’s probably for the best this time.

I do feel its really the end and i think it might be the way to leave it, after that rather drab finale, I found it pointless and boring that had no conclusion to any storyline, it's hard to believe it was the same executive producer behind that non event as the excellent previous finale.

A large part of me feels it would have been better had it not comeback for the last 2 years as it had gone out on a bang, got great viewing figures, people were really talking about the show and there was so much nostalgia and good will around it and i think in a few years time when i look back on the show the finale of 2022 is how the show really did end.
