I actually feel a bit sorry for her, she actually looked sad and it was a bit uncomfortable watching them together. I don't think she will leave him because she loves that lifestyle but I don't think she is happy having to accept this either.

I agree, it may be all smiles and kisses for the cameras, but I think the look in her eyes deceives her. The body language seems off too. I feel like it would have translated better if they’d just appeared together and didn’t do the PDA. Clearly overcompensating and people can see right through that.

 

Although like I said, this is her life choice and we’ll have to trust that she knows what she’s doing. But after years of portraying an idyllic upper class fairytale, that public image is currently tarnished. I never like to see anybody being publicly humiliated.

However Geri & Christian’s relationship wasn’t confirmed until some months after that. So based on the information we have it wasn’t a cheating situation. Morally I think people found it icky that he moved on to a new relationship so soon after having a baby with a long term partner, that was the controversy - not cheating.

 

Also he is not a billionaire!! He’s worth £50m. Geri is not that far behind with her own wealth. They are pretty evenly matched.

I suppose the thing with this is that it’s kind of murky on the solid details and there’s some hearsay; note how the papers never say anything about a cheating scandal, it’s always “their relationship was confirmed months later”. I guess we’ll never know the complete truth of the matter but people will read between the lines!
