I hadn't heard Gotta Be You since December 2014 according to my Last.fm :drama: Never really been a favourite of mine but it's not that bad.

 

One Thing was a bit of a "course correction" for me... its UK chart run has always puzzled me - the song feels bigger to me than this would suggest. Out of the Top 40 two weeks after peaking :drama:

I remember being gutted it stalled after a quick ascent to the top 40 - thankfully its physical + digital EP release propelled it to a more appropriate peak!

 

More Than This should've been single 2 in my opinion, I've always adored this :wub:

:wub: More than This is lovely! A proper "arms in the air" moment. I feel like it had the potential to do far more for them as a second single than Gotta Be You.

 

This type of production for a ballad is so early 2010s!

I don't think I've ever heard 'More Than This', I was aware that it charted as an album track though so assumed it was a bit of a fan favourite. Sounds decent, I agree it could have been a good second single over 'Gotta Be You'.

This one is a lot of fun. The lyrics feel very early-10s.

This one is such a fun song and a great leading single :cheer:

Feels a bit odd to be listening to a song with this title, but it's such an upbeat, jovial track, I've always loved it and it still sounds great to me (even if it feels like WMYB 2.0 x)

I forgot about 'crazy crazy crazy till we see the sun', that's a hype line.

06 Little Things

 

One of their defining singles, a lovely song (with some memorable choice lyrics :kink: ). Entering at #1 was a pleasant surprise as I had no expectations of it being so big initially!
