"Die With A Smile" is expected to be the second-biggest song of the 2020s decade by the end of 2025.

#24 (+3) in its 34th week in the chart. The longevity! It is only 3 more weeks away from being Gaga's longest-running top 40 hit! It is currently held by "Poker Face", which did 34 weeks in the top 4

I can see the song end up just behind Dancing Monkey in terms of number of days at #1.

I imagine once December is over there will be a rush of new releases on January which may impact Lady Mars getting the longest days at #1 record.

That’s amazing news!! Although pop radio is dumping the song so rapidly so I fear that may hamper its chances :(

Not really. It's stabilizing on radio with slight drops

Today's update:

#5. Die With A Smile — 58.10 (-0.06)

It's rising a lot on streaming, the component with the biggest weight on Hot 100. It's Top 5 on US AM and it's back to the Top 5 on Spotify US with +211k streams (+14.4% vs last week). That's why it's expected to rise in the top 10 even in the midst of Christmas fuzz and with radio drops. :)

I received the vinyl today. Its official UK release date is considered to be today (13th December) however the sales have been included in today's chart as if it was released last week - it's new at #7 in the vinyl singles chart, and a re-entry at #9 in the physicals chart.
Without Christmas songs, DWAS would be at #14 this week!

Praying for #1 on Hot 100 and a reset in the UK in January. It would be a belated but welcome Christmas gift. :lulu:
