May 19May 19 I just saw JD Vance response. These guys are something else. They can’t be cordial for more than two seconds
May 22May 22 the us has become a dictatorship as they blocked harvard university from enrolling international students
May 23May 23 And they've reacted by suing the Trump administration. Not sure how far they'll get in their twisted justice system but stillIt's seriously concerning the amount of investigations and funding cuts he's inflicting on US universities, not the least stupid as it's not like the current workforce powering the economy is going to be around forever.I see it's been blocked, thank God x
May 23May 23 Usually a second term is a pale imitation of the first. The fact he is stronger than ever, with the justice system wrapped round his little fingers, is not normal. He can now fire previous oresidential appointees too. The SC would NEVER have given Biden that ruling. If democracy prevails and there are more elections... and assuming they're not rigged, why would rhe Repubs ever promote a moderate candidate again? They've seen how it works under Trump and fascism. They'll just go for more of the same... and so will the primary voters.
May 23May 23 They’re trying to punish Harvard for actually having free speech something they’re trying to outlaw purely because of Israel. So silly
May 24May 24 Yeh using antisemitism to carry out their agenda. Apparently everyone who is disgusted by the history of Israeli colonialism and building of illegal settlements is a raving hater of Jewish people 🤔

You can’t stand for free speech and tout the 1st amendment constantly then throw it out the window when you want. Trump has been pretty cowardly on the recent Israel stuff too. Complete silence. Leaking that they’re ’unhappy with Netanyahu’ that’s literally what the Biden administration did. Covering yourself both ways basically. Just useless.

Trump, none.
May 29May 29 Author at the risk of igniting another argument about tariffsThe International Trade Court have ruled that Trump cannot legally implement tariffs in the way he has done so far. The Trump administration are taking this to the Supreme Court. Interesting developments certainly, I'm not sure how things will play out here. Also Musk has left the administration, possibly not finding everything Trump's doing to his liking.also also amusingly some reporters have been calling his policy/tariff-time-of-the-month TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out), risking double-dog daring him to crash the economy for a funny name.
May 29May 29 Yeah will have to see what the appeal and Supreme Court leads to but if a president doesn’t have authority on such matters then elections become less and less important. The Musk thing was never going to workout. Musk basically views anything the Gov pays for as waste and Trump loves to borrow and spend big. Some interesting other stuff I saw recently. For some reason Trump pardoned or commuted the sentence of Larry Hoover a murderer and a pretty all round bad guy. Popular in some rap circles but odd thing to do. Largely symbolic since he still has state convictions to serve. He also pardoned rapper NBA Youngboy

Trump is his puppet. Behind rhe scenes, it was a power play between fascists Muskyrat and Millee. And Milelr won and is now the president. Trump just does this for his ego. He repeats what Miller tells him.

May 29May 29 Musk has left because he has run out of time as a special employee. No other reason.Lol on the Tariffs being struck off. It’s true tho that the power actually resides with congress. Division of powers and all that

Do you think a president should be able to disband opposition parties simply because he has been elected? Do you also think a British PM should be able to do whatever they like?
