January 1, 20251 yr Happy 2025 Spice fans! Really hopeful for new music. Melanie gave us some excellent dance tracks with her last album. I’d love more of the same. Dreaming that she will arrange us a surprise televised MEM performance (and alternative studio recording) of her best banger. She could make waves.

The below is a list of things that are in contention or at least rumoured to be happening, which I am excited about: Spice Girls News of the rumoured documentary News of the Netflix biopic series Forever25 Emma Bunton New music (album? singles?) Possible live appereances? Melanie C New album Possibility, if she releases an album, of more live shows Of course, all of the above are merely rumoured/suggested. So far, NONE of it is confirmed or even talked about by the girls themselves.

January 7, 20251 yr I forgot that there are rumours that Emma will be releasing a new Free Me vinyl for Record Store Day Even though I'm a proud owner of the promo copy, thank you Spiceboy! I would love for it to get a commercial release. Record Store Day is quite stressful :drama: I felt such a fear of missing out re: A Girl Like Me! Although I get that it's probably the "safest" way for labels to sell somewhat niche titles, that maybe would flop a bit if released more widely.
January 7, 20251 yr Author I'd buy it if it was released for Record Store Day. It's one of the very few items I slightly regretted selling so I'd certainly buy a new copy of it. Weirdly I'd prefer a non-signed one too.

January 7, 20251 yr Don't. I sold mine too as I needed to make money to put towards a house deposit. But it is the item I really crave from her alongside a Life in Mono vinyl (which I know will never happen!).
