I think the triple counting of Queen albums is definitely wrong and a head scratcher by the OCC. Seems designed to allow it to remain forever the biggest selling album. It's certainly the only thing

Where do yall think Time Flies will end up?

Could end up at #3 at this rate, maybe even #2 if the boost lasts long enough. Worst case probably #4 if Fleetwood Mac do have some sort of comeback.

I guess I’m assuming we also don’t get anything absolutely huge from the likes of Taylor or Sabrina.

The promo seems to be for a Buckingham Nicks remaster

Theres a lot of rumblings about TS12, if that comes out in like October or earlier i'd call that my favorite for #1

Sabrina is releasing but yeah no guarantees itll be SNS huge

Even SNS big would mean somewhere around 360k with how many weeks MBF has to gain. Are we thinking 360k is more than what Time Flies will get?

Be hard to guess , but manchild hasn't been as huge as the 3 SNS tracks preceding the album , so literally anything could happen at this point

Oh yeah, I dont think itll be SNS big, you cant reproduce the success thats created when you have the 2 biggest songs of the summer to promote your album. Her name has grown according to luminate thanks to short n sweet deluxe and fortnite and whatnot, so maybe she can have a better week 1, but that level of sustainability will be difficult/impossible. But I guess my point is if theoretically mbf gets the numbers sns got in its first 17-18 weeks (what mbf will get for this year), to me Oasis seems like theyre gonna get more than that.

Think itll get a boost when MBF is released anyway but interesting to see Ed starting to chip away at SNS

He is but with his numbers declining it's probably too little, too late. By my numbers, he trails by 133,640 units, which means even if theres 22 weeks left, he needs to average a lead of 6075 units each week. And last week he only led by 734 units. If he were to maintain his current numbers the rest of the year, SNS would only need 34,309 units the rest of the year to pass him, which might happen as soon as MBF release week. Granted, It likely will get boosted by Play, but i dont foresee it being boosted enough to get passed a short n sweet that will have 16 or so weeks to pad the stats a little bit

Yeah i dont see him catching her , just noticed it was interesting as she was always doing better until a couple of weeks ago

No chance of SnS being caught this year but of course Ed could do a Weeknd “Highlights” in a future quiet year.
