Is Ed any chance of overtaking Sabrina for #2?

I'd think not, but I don't follow the sales of the two close enough.

    Last week (10th October), sales were at 272,099. Should be going Platinum next week. So, if it was allowed in the main albums chart, it would be at #6 in the EOY chart so far.

    I think the triple counting of Queen albums is definitely wrong and a head scratcher by the OCC. Seems designed to allow it to remain forever the biggest selling album. It's certainly the only thing

Thanks, I thought it was unlikely but wasn't 100% sure.

Sabrina doesnt have to "sell" another copy and he wouldn't reach her at his current rate of sales

But in six weeks she'll have two in the top ten the way she's going

Don't think she even needs 6 weeks could do it in 3 or 4

True. Has anyone ever ended up with two of their own and one as a feature top 10 before I wonder

Do we know the total sales of Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack at this point?

KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack is now at 315,849 units. If it was allowed on the main albums chart, it would overtake Fleetwood Mac's "50 Years: Don't Stop" to be #5 on the End of Year chart so far.

Play

I’m pretty confident “Play” has done 98-99k, so not sure how it’s already gone gold.

@Ghoulian

I've done some calculating, and if the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack were to do 20k each week for the rest of the year, it should do over 500k by the end of the year. That would put it at #3 on the EOY list if it was allowed on the main albums chart. Maybe even #2.

Edited by DanielCarey

Total units for the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack now stands at 337,802. Would overtake Oasis to be #4 if it was allowed on the main albums.

I wonder if The Singles Collection by Britney has crossed 100K sales this year yet!
