I was wondering if anyone would be interested in looking at this (or maybe it’s just me)? In the streaming era the EOY chart has appeared heavily biased towards songs released/peaking in the first ha

Just had a go at a full top 40, week 14 2024 to week 13 2025. You're pretty much bang on with your sales estimates, just had to change Hot To Go (it would've done a few sales in 2023 so its total woul

Ooh I may of missed a week then 😅 i did say quick 🫣 still reckon it gonna be week after 🙌

Wonder how many of the tracks will make the year end

I wonder if Bitter Sweet Symphony could show up at some point, looks like there might be a big enough influx of new hits over the next few weeks to keep any oldies out for now though.

Golden, Soda Pop, Your Idol will all make it but doubt any of the others will. I thought more Oasis would be around but still time I guess. Probably Taylor Swift left it too late to make any impact

Depends how long the hype goes on How its done is technically top 10 atm and likely would be again if wasn't starred out

Technically not if you exclude ACR which the EOY does. This week and next week are peak weeks and the numbers aren’t huge so seems very unlikely.

I looked at last years on week 33 and it’s almost identical. Stick season similar numbers to ordinary. Almost the same top 10 numbers too

Current estimates for KPop Demon Hunters:

Golden 238k

Your Idol 156k

How It's Done 132k

Soda Pop 127k

Making the YE chart will totally depend on how well they hold up, I imagine they all will though. Couldn't tell you what "What It Sounds Like", "Takedown" or "Free" are on but they've definitely done less than these

Wouldn't even be suprised if they get a boost next week with the cinema release

I'm confident Golden will definitely end up in the EOY Top 20 - possibly even Top 10 if it continues to consistently sell for the next few months

Agree except getting 143k for “Soda Pop” including some guesstimates for the first 2 weeks.

Golden definitely in this week, probably Chasing Cars falling out. Could possibly see Sapphire in too but it totally depends on how accurate the estimates for the lower end are, Teenage Dirtbag to go if that happens

Was expecting it sales to grow so much this week hope it can make the year end top 20 even top 10

I have “Sapphire” on 284k which I can’t see being enough. “Rein Me In” is only a few k behind depending on pre remix sales and has just leapfrogged it in the weeklies. “Nice To Each Other” has brought itself into the frame now too with 255k.

Edit: oh “Rein Me In” is on 271k so a bit lower than I’d estimated.
