  • It would be the cherry on top of the cake for me if Chappell's debut album gains itself a #1 single at this late stage! Particularly as it's the song which technically started off the era, 5 years ago

18 Benson Boone - Sorry I'm Here for Someone Else

17 Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars - Die With a Smile

16 Doechii - DENIAL IS A RIVER

If Benson is doing so well on Amazon it looks good for him staying top 40 at leaat

New Benson would be a lot higher if people learned to move on from Beautiful Things

Has someone dropped physicals for something? Trying to work out what's left

Official Charts Report

Chappell Roan could finally clinch her first UK Number 1 single this week. Pink Pony Club leads the race mid-week (1). However, it’s not a done deal yet; perennial competition Kendrick Lamar is just under 1,300 chart units away with Not Like Us (2).

Benson Boone’s former chart-topper Beautiful Things is eyeing a re-entry into the Top 3 on Friday (3), while Benson’s brand-new single Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else is challenging to become this week’s highest new entry (18).

Alex Warren’s Ordinary is on the rise once again, and could reach a brand new peak of Number 6, up two midweek.

Two big hits from last year could also make a reappearance in this week’s Top 10; ROSÉ and Bruno Mars’ APT. (8) and Teddy Swims’ Bad Dreams (9).

Finally, JIMIN’s solo track WHO proves to be on the cusp of a resurgence one more; it’s expected to jump into the Top 20, up an incredible 25 slots midweek (19).
