Austrian producer Ely Oaks is making a name for himself, recently collaborating with Sigala and remixing for IN PARALLEL. 'Running Around' is his new single and charts at #59 this week in the UK. The sample appears to just be from a vocal pack that's available as there's a few versions of it around (Nosi - So Good is another popular example).

These ones also use the same vocals, what a crazy thing!

Seems to be a vocal from Splice. There's quite a few versions of it, crazy that some big names have made use of it.

This is now on R1's playlist. Can see it becoming a long-running top 40 hit.
