Posted April 2Apr 2 To celebrate the release of the deluxe version of eternal sunshine, the listening party concept will return next week. We're thinking Monday (7th April) if that works for everyone. Maybe a 7:00 PM BST start. As a reminder of the concept,, we will all separately press play on 'eternal sunshine deluxe: brighter days ahead' using our preferred streaming services so we're in sync. We will then listen along together and post any thoughts and comments in this thread. The whole session will last about 53 minutes. I'll post some links for Spotify/Apple Music closer to the time. Here's a link to the one we did for 'eternal sunshine' to give you an idea of the concept.
April 2Apr 2 Would 8pm possibly be okay? If not I'll try my best to make 7!Looking forward to it anyway

April 7Apr 7 Author Starting with a top 40 hit I'll leave more detailed thoughts for the extended version
April 7Apr 7 So beautiful, quintessential for the album. But yes WILD that an "Intro" track charted top 40. Bitter it robbed 'Warm' of a spot.Going to include my streaming numbers for each track(53 streams)
April 7Apr 7 Oh I've been playing the extended version so much that it felt wrong when it didn't break into the new part 'bye' isn't a huge favourite for me but I appreciate the very personal lyrics nevertheless
April 7Apr 7 Still hammer this one. Had 'eternal sunshine' had another two singles before the deluxe, this should have been one of them.(Streams 154)
April 7Apr 7 Author The 'I feel asleep crying, you turn up the TV' line was apparently written during her time with Jai Brooks
April 7Apr 7 This is another one that is lower down in my ranking but saw people mentioning it as a highlight of the acapella only version of the album, need to check that out
April 7Apr 7 I remember at first not thinking that much of 'dwbua', but it got so lodged into my head, I remember a week at work where I kept singing it and blasting it in the car. Probably could have worked as a single too. It would have sounded so good before 'everytime' on 'sweetener'.(Streams 104)
