This is genuinely so beautiful to hear after her YEARS of issues with her body.

‘I never thought it would have taken having two beautiful baby girls, that I could have potentially lost, to make me realise how incredible my body actually is. 33 years of extreme diets, 33 years of putting myself down wishing my belly was flatter, wanting my waist just a little smaller and almost going through with a boob job, to now standing here having this photo taken.

I can honestly say l've never felt prouder of my body and what it has been through! Yes my boobs hang lower and my belly is bigger and squishier - it doesnt look how it used to, but my god it created the best gift that has ever happened to me. I cannot wait to show my girls the first place they called home and the place where they defied all the odds. If there's anything l've learned over the past 9 months of being pregnant, it's that I never want my girls to feel the way I did about my body for so many years. So to all the future mummies or the mummies that have just given birth, if you're struggling with how you are feeling in yourself or are maybe even feeling the pressure to "snap back" just take a moment to remember what YOU did! Be kinder to yourself and remember you are INCREDIBLE!!!’

I wonder if it’s an olive branch and Perrie’s genuinely happy for her? Or whether they’ve actually spoke.

I don’t think Perrie would like anything of Jesy’s for no reason, she knows the reaction would be wild.

I mean all the girls were blocked previously. I imagine the perspective Jesy mentions in the post and the face that 'same place different view' will at least have been heard by Jesys inner circle probably at least led to Jesy unblocking as a means to open up channels.

Close as they all were it always felt like these two were closer as were the other two.

Jesy unblocked (?) a few years ago as the instagram tags started showing again in 2022/2023.

I hope they can make up if they both choose to.

Jesy nelson has officially put her plans for new music on hold to focus on her upcoming Prime Video documentary instead. 

The former Little Mix star’s fiancé Zion Foster took to social media to tease the project, slated for release in early 2026. 

Singer Zion said: “At the moment we have been solely focusing on the docuseries. It’s a deep one.” 

He also shot down the ­possibility of bringing out an EP with Jesy, after the pair teamed up on the track Mine last year.  Zion told a fan: “Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but no.” 

We first told you back in April how Jesy – who quit Little Mix in 2020 – had landed a bumper deal with Prime Video to document her pregnancy. 

The star’s twin daughters, Ocean and Story, were born in May. Jesy’s journey to parenthood, including the torment she and Zion endured after she was told she had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome – which results in an imbalanced blood flow between babies – will all ­be documented in the series. 

The programme has been described as “incredible” by ­producer Gavin Evans.  A release date has yet to be confirmed by Prime Video, but we are expecting promos to start dropping in the new year. 

A source close to Jesy said she would return to music when the time is right. 

They added: “Jesy has been through a huge amount this past year, and being a mum is the best thing that has ever ­happened to her. 

“She absolutely loves making music and when she’s ready, she will be going back into the studio. 

“So much has happened in her life, and it’s definitely inspired her. It’s all about timing though, and Jesy is in no rush right now.”

The production team shared a behind the scenes of all their 2025 projects today and there’s a few snippets of jesy.

They put in the caption it is coming in the new year. Hopefully we get a proper trailer soon.

This is actually heartbreaking. Jesy revealed her twins are disabled. Hoping her kids do defy the odds and are able to walk one day. My god she’s had it so rough.

Bloody hell that's awful! :(

I live in hope that with the rapid progression of AI that many 'rare' and up til now 'untreatable' diseases will have a treatment one day.

Made me instantly cry it's utterly utterly heart breaking and honestly I'm praying they do defy all odds. Very brave of her to make this video and open up about everything happening. I can't even imagine what they've had to deal with and go through over the last few months.

Looking at the comments on her post are so sad, as in she's getting so much support but i'm seeing parents say their child defied the odds for 12/13 years :( so young.

My heart hurts for her. I love that she is staying so positive saying she believes they will defy the odds and live longer than 2 and achieve things they are unlikely to.

She uploaded the video onto her Youtube channel to spread wider awareness.

I saw this on the news screen at the gym earlier and my heart absolutely broke for her

Looking into this disease has been so saddening :( I really hope things change. I feel like Jesy has already raised SO much awareness in the space of 24 hours.

Yes without doubt, its an incredibly hard story and without doubt torture for them as parents.

I wish them all the very best luck in the world and that they can get treatment that works.
