I'm glad she's now on RCA purely because there's even more chance she'll collab with Jade now they're label buddies 🤣

RCA seems to have improved massively in the last year or two. They've handled Jade pretty well so far so fingers crossed it's the same for Zara.

Yeah this is a great move for her. Seems that Sony have moved a lot of artists from Epic to RCA, including Meghan Trainor and Mimi Webb.

oh no my lies have caught up with me

  • I think they’ve spelt JADE wrong somewhere.

  • This really is the album I’ve been waiting for from Zara her whole career. She’s always had great singles but as I’ve said in previous posts here, the albums often felt like a mish mash of sounds wit

I don't know too much in terms of the UK, but this is a bad move in the US in my opinion.

RCA mismanaged Tinashe's career when she was in their roster because they couldn't fit her appropriately. She was "too R&B" to Pop and "too Pop" to R&B, while Britney Spears and Tate McRae aren't an exception. In the case for the latter, for example, they couldn't promote two singles of her at the same ("Sports car" and "Revolving door") because they preferred to wait until "Sports car" peaked on radio to go with "Revolving door".

Regarding Jade and Mimi Webb, I haven't seen RCA to properly push and break them through the US. The former had a US and Canada tour early this year and it was miss opportunity from them to do so. Oh! And Meghan Trainor isn't a good example either.
