I think I had seen her name a lot online before actually knowing who she was/any of her music because I’d momentarily think ‘is that Sabrina from Mis Teeq?’ 😅 My first proper introduction to her music though was probably when a work colleague played Thumbs to me about 4 years ago(?) Then I didn’t really pay much attention to her until Espresso. 🫢

I think one of Thumbs or On purpose was mine but it was through Taylor I began to play closer attention to her on the whole!

I remember having a feeling she was going to get a real breakthrough from that point but didn’t expect it to be quite as huge as what she’s achieved from Espresso onwards!
