It could be between MK and Sabrina Carpenter for the #1 spot. Expect to see a few Justin Bieber tracks debut, plus new singles include the return of BLACKPINK with "Jump", Wolf Alice with "The Sofa" and Deftones with "my mind is a mountain". There's also tracks out from Olivia Dean, Tyla, Conan Gray, Danny L Harle/PinkPantheress, Rudimental/Jess Glynne, MGK, Sigrid, Sugababes, BABYMETAL/Bloodywood and Geese

The album chart sees Wet Leg battle for their second #1 with "moisturizer", facing competition from Justin Bieber's comeback "SWAG". Further album releases include the return of Clipse (Malice & Pusha T) with "Let God Sort Em Out", Barry Can't Swim with "Loner" and Burna Boy with "No Sign of Weakness", plus new music from GIVĒON, TWICE, Amy MacDonald, Vylet Pony, Jessica Winter, Kokoroko, Noah Cyrus, Ólafur Arnalds/Talos, Gwenno, TURQUOISEDEATH, Larry June/Cardo Got Wings and Bring Me The Horizon

- As per the Friday chart thread, please do NOT post First Look spoilers before it airs on BBC Radio 1.

- On any other days, information may come from outside sources but this is not regular. Anything we have will be posted, and anything that's posted must come with a source to prove its reliability.

- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information, and when a chart mod is available.

- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and streaming threads.

"1tro" and "cliff" are both being added to the swear filter x

  • Including all the streams feels like stat padding for the sake of it. It's a decent system as is, GH stuff is interesting to track in its own right but I largely just don't categorise it the same way

  • Neither did poor Dior which dropped so hard to Number 1.

Official Charts Report

Justin Bieber is heading for this week’s highest new entry on the Official Singles Chart with DAISIES.

Taken from his new album SWAG, DAISIES is currently at Number 5 on the Official Chart: First Look and would become his 28th Top 10 if it holds on.

MK and Chrystal continue to sail ahead at Number 1 with Dior following the song’s success on Friday, while Blessings by Calvin Harris & Clementine Douglas (3) is up three places today - a potential new peak for the track. Ed Sheeran’s Sapphire is also eyeing up a new peak at Number 4.

Outside the Top 10, Rossi. and Jazzy are flying with High On Me (13), up 15 places after 48 hours, and Lola Young’s One Thing could claim a new peak on Friday (16).

Finally, Blackpink could score their ninth Top 40 single with their new track Jump (17).

The Official Chart: First Look offers a first glance of the Top 20 ahead of Friday’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. The chart is based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports.

Sabrina streak over

Hopefully Dior can nab a second week.

Probably going to be close though as its sales will inevitably drop back at the start of the week (as per all dance songs).

20 Max Dean, Luke Dean & Locky - Can't Decide

19 HUNTR/X, EJAE, AUDREY NUNA, REI AMI & KPop Demon Hunters Cast - Golden

Will be interesting to see which 3 Oasis songs are in the chart by Friday. Still expecting Champagne Supernova to do really well on the final Manchester date

It won’t be close since manchild is down to 16 on Amazon
