Anyone else worried about how Now 123 hasn’t been revealed yet?

They normally reveal them on Thursdays so tomorrow should be the day

Yeah, I hope they haven't discontinued it...

I don't think so.

I remember Now 114 being revealed later than this in 2023 so hopefully all is good.

Because it was a later release date. If Good Friday didn’t happen to fall on 3rd April this year, Now 123 would’ve been revealed last week. With Good Friday falling on 26th March next year, the next spring Now after 123 (126) will be released 2nd April next year

At this point I'd rather they reduced to two per year, summer and winter. The hit turnover is so slow that the albums are packed full of more filler than ever and it's not their fault.

But I'd expect the tracklist to be revealed any time now. I think the numbered series will continue until the Yearbooks are done. After that, who knows, I doubt the numbered series is that profitable and without any spin-offs selling in decent numbers to prop up the brand, they will struggle more.

Just checked their latest accounts on Companies House and turnover only fell very slightly last year (£6.38m compared to £6.59m the year before), which is good, with profits roughly the same, so no significant decline (yet).

In the 'principal risks and uncertainties' section, they state this, so they know how barren the release schedule is.

I’d love to know how many copies of Now 122 were sold, I know about 5 people who bought it that wouldn’t usually buy Now’s.

I bought a digital copy this morning

They should’ve announced this next week and announced Now 123 instead. I hope they announce Now 123 next week instead of the next yearbook

It would look odd to continue the spin-offs but stop the numbered series

Maybe they're still trying to finalise some decent licenses for Now 123 so holding it back until nearer the release date.

Or switching to two editions a year.

If you believe that, then you must be stupid

April is late enough as it is for a spring Now

They probably read this forum and saw that we are clamouring for a No.1 single on it (that they can actually license), so waiting for that to happen before they release it.

I don’t think they’d delay it just to get a number 1 single on there. Now 94 had no number ones and Now 121 nearly had no number ones
