      The Neighbourhood have more platinum non-top 40s than anyone else in terms of non-top 40 acts but I doubt anyone would say they are the biggest artist with no top 40s. Can't think of many "classic" ar

    Maisie Peters could be one worth mentioning, she's had a #1 and #2 album and seems to be at arena level.

    I'm really hoping she will get one at some point!

    Hootie & The Blowfish is a good shout for this, I've heard them mentioned a lot over the years, so it's a surprise to me that they haven't had a top 40 single in the UK (they had 7 in the US)
