Raising money for Children in Need, The Celebrity Apprentice returns to our screens for a 2 episode special this Christmas. 12 celebrities will head to Lapland to create a "magical festive biscuit" which will then need to be pitched to UK retailers. For the first time ever, the winner will actually be sold in UK stores with a percentage of biscuit sales going to Children in Need. Lord Sugar, Baroness Brady and Mike Soutar return to the show.

  • Tonight folks! Already hyped for the cringey moments that will inevitably occur

Honestly when I saw the promo image for this it made me think that having Mike as a permanent aide alongside Sugar and Karen would be amazing cheeseblock

Mike did actually fill in for Tim once. It was the infamous "First Time Dies" episode from 2022.

Having the winning product be sold in the shops is very interesting. I know they can't incorporate something like that so easily with the normal show but it would be interesting.

12 celebrities prepare to launch their festive biscuits nationwide, raising money for BBC Children in Need

The line-up has been announced - fairly standard names for this sort of show. Tom Skinner is back.

Wonder if Legend from Gladiators going for this means he probably won’t do Strictly? 🤔 (if they do continue with signing one up every year)

Ah so it turns out both team's biscuits gave gone on sale this Friday just gone. That makes more sense as I had wondered how they'd possibly make anything if they went on sale around Christmas

The Gladiators look when he was told he’s not modest at all 🤣

The funny thing is I bought the Gary The Penguin biscuit about a month ago and it was easily the worst gingerbread man I've ever had, I looked at the ingredients after managing to eat only half the biscuit and couldn't understand why white pepper (and a very overpowering lemon flavour) was in the ingredients. I didn't get round to trying the other team's biscuit as assumed it was going to be the same recipe (as didn't realise they were part of an Apprentice task) so now I know they are different I bought it today as Asda had a few left. Not got round to eating it yet but it can't be any worse than that.
