9 hours ago9 hr Author I decided to listen to it live on Radio 1 (where they played it three times in a row 😂) and Robyn was being interviewed. She said it was written about 10 years ago and I think that it does show, it definitely feels as though it could have been written for Body Talk. I wasn't sure on first listen what I thought but by the time they'd played it the third time I was definitely more into it and the chorus is definitely stuck in my head at the moment.Lyrically I felt it was definitely typical Robyn, a track that describes a familiar moment (or feeling) that a lot of people will likely be able to relate to. The production isn't as far removed from her biggest recent hits as I was expecting from the clip, it's definitely got an extension of her trademark sound, in particular the production reminded me of Missing U - albeit there are a few unexpected flourishes in the way the vocals come in, and the electronic repeated variants on the title does make it sound just about sufficiently different... off to listen some more ☺️

8 hours ago8 hr Author I'm hoping that the album has more variety. She's done a lot of collaborations that really show she can work well on all sorts of sounds, so I'd like more diversity there. I'd be happy with more leftfield electronica production as well.
4 hours ago4 hr I like it! It's nothing new: very Robyn by numbers, but I think we all want that from her at this stage!Interestingly, it's cowritten by Taio Cruz (where's he been for the last 10 years), and some of the lyrics feel very him!
