Posted November 15, 2025Nov 15 New show from the creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Vince Gilligan, in a nutshell, the most unhappy person in the world finds herself trying to save the world from happiness x Episodes 1 and 2 are available now with weekly releases every Friday.
November 15, 2025Nov 15 Author First episode of this was great, perfectly paced and left just enough mysteries to keep you hooked without being overly vague or expositionary like Sci-Fi dramas can be. This should hopefully fill the Severance-shaped gap for me atm x
November 15, 2025Nov 15 Loved the first 2 episodes. Also love the fact it is being released weekly so theories etc can be discussed each week. Down with releasing entire series at once, especially ones with a bit of mystery and intrigue.
November 15, 2025Nov 15 Hollywood needs to be casting Rhea more than they do. She's such an incredible actress.
December 7, 2025Dec 7 Is anyone else watching it? This show is incredible, I see it taking over the world like Severance did.
December 8, 2025Dec 8 Oops, my search didn't find any topic results xI'm so obsessed with this show, only 3 episodes left :'(
December 13, 2025Dec 13 I decided that the people in this thread should mean this is good... and so we've started watching and we're loving it! It's hilarious, yet also really intriguing. It really feels like a fresh take on this sort of virus style show.
December 31, 2025Dec 31 Such an insane show. Despite slowing down after the first batch of episodes, the character development is absolutely brilliant. I cannot wait to see where and how it’s going to end up long-term.
Tuesday at 20:541 day Author It was really brilliant, the slow transformation of Carol and how she changes how she thinks about the hivemind was amazingly done and I look forward to seeing how they progress with Manousos now in the picture (I saw lots of people saying it was dragged out, but I don't agree, this is about the characters as much as it is about the plot). I found myself conflicted whether to sympathise with the hivemind at points, but then you see something which shows how inhuman and eerie they are, much more layered villains than you'd get in this genre.Probably gonna be a bit of a long wait until Season 2 sadly but at least it's back x
Tuesday at 21:191 day I enjoyed the atmosphere of this very much. Plus the thought out nature of such a show, how it takes into account the vastness of the world, questions about supply chains are raised and answered, those left unaffected are naturally and randomly demographically spread out, Manousos' journey up to New Mexico, I very much appreciated the whole process of it, plus Rhea Seehorn did wonders carrying most of the show. Hope we can get a second season in a reasonable timeframe.Excellent philosophical work, they did a great job of showing the characters of those left as individuals, plus the show's natural commentary as an pro-individualist text jives well with what I see are the hivemind's parallels with AI and it does feel like a very good show for Gilligan to go to following his others.
Tuesday at 22:241 day A brilliant show - it had touches of LOST littered within it so I was naturally going to be a fan from the get-go (that opening sequence showing Manousos receiving the phone call sent me straight back to Desmond in the hatch!). Overall the show had such a spell-binding quality to it; the loneliness of it all and the utterly captivating performance from Rhea had me hooked. I am so excited for more, bring on Season 2 (whenever that may be!).
