Posted December 5, 2025Dec 5 It’s here! One of my most anticipated albums of the year, after his 3 fantastic single releases. Dove is an Irish singer songwriter with a gorgeous but unique indie folk/rock sound. If you want some references then I can hear some Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Rufus Wainwright and even some Queen in there, but Dove is definitely his own person. Spotify link if anyone is interested?

December 9, 2025Dec 9 AV Club certainly gave the record glowing reviews; https://www.avclub.com/dove-ellis-blizzard-album-reviewGood call on the Rufus Wainwright comparisons, can't help but notice it in the melodies. I also picked up a bit of Keaton Henson. Essential autumnal listening.
