Posted April 12Apr 12 Some OCC charts now include top 200 placing in the LW figures. They appear to go back to 1994.But they are not included in artist chart runs (still restricted to top 100 placings).I discovered another chart today. On today’s Music Video chart,36 THIS IS IT - MICHAEL JACKSON - LW 171 - 636 weeksThe OCC publishes only the top 50 video titles, but it seems they compile a top 200 (or more?). Sales are probably very low at the tail end.No announcement was made (except the one about a new OCC database). No reason has been given for this expansion. Wonder what else will be included in the weeks ahead?Hopefully the OCC will update the top selling UK albums in July to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the albums chart. And OCC could we please have loads of sales figures? Perhaps pure sales and streaming sales as they did with singles a few years ago. That would be nice. Edited April 12Apr 12 by ben08
April 12Apr 12 Yes, two charts Best sellers - real salesBest sellers (real sales + streaming) perhaps since 2014 as its apples and oranges to compile a chart combining both for the whole 70 years.

It's fine for the weekly chart, but it's made a mockery of the all-time charts. Let's have one all-time sales chart and one all-time streaming chart, with total streams rather than converted to sales.
