If after almost 10 years in the industry she still hasn’t been able to put out a decent debut album or single, and everything she’s released has been extremely generic, I can only imagine that this second solo project is going to be even worse… Such a shame. I always thought she’d be the one to be the most successful solo, but I think she’s proved that she was the voice of the group, and that’s about it.

If the Perrie era was considered experimental, she needs to go fully unhinged.

It’s pretty clear she still needs to go through a big developmental stage with her music, whereas Jade and Leigh started to do it whilst they were in the group. Hoping she chucks herself in with some

Exactly like Leigh did it with 1 album and an ep, Jade literally only had 1 cover (and wasabi which she could of easily used an encore track or 2)

I think it's clear Perrie probably felt like she was stuck in a rut with Modest and the label.

Hopefully the second album (if it actually happens) brings about new idea's / producers / writers etc..

Apparently she’s now signed with Various Artists Management who manage Rose Gray, Tom Grennan, Melanie C, Cassyette…

Interesting move. I think she just wants to create an album for her now and not worry about chart success. Whatever comes out of it is great ofc, but I think there won’t be as much pressure to do much beyond opening week of the album.

Excited to hear what she comes up with though. I NEED a meaty, hearty, power ballad. The ballads on her debut didn’t do much for me.
