So she got booed at TRNSMT Festival on Friday for only playing new music. It was a secret set though, purposely intended to showcase her new album. Afterglow and Disconnect were performed at the end.

I saw this yesterday. Initially kinda got why at first but the fact it was a secret set & she’s BEEN saying her shows this year are focused on her new music makes this incredibly frustrating.

I'm going to wait until there is a signed option before pre-ordering which will likely come in the next couple days.

Has been delayed until November 13th :(

Disappointing - with no post from Becky either!

Pushing it back two months is interesting. Especially for a dance album to release two weeks before Xmas season

It was obvious that was going to happen or get scrapped entirely!

It would have done worse than Ellie!

Her last album had way more interest, instore ticket/album bundles and the variation in formats including a £5.99 slipcase CD / USB etc...

Hopefully they have a plan, hopefully an instore tour is coming?

Apparently she actually said in a fan’s comments a couple of weeks ago that the album was delayed, seems like it was a label decision from her wording. Still no official announcement yet though, they really should acknowledge this as there’s only 2 weeks until the album’s original release date 🙃

REBECCA will now be released on November 13, with the new date allowing Hill to complete two tracks that she was keen to have on the record and continue her creative relationships with Sonny Fodera and MEDUZA. The recently released 'Say Something' sees Hill working with Fodera again following their 2024 UK hit 'Never Be Alone,' while her new collaboration with MEDUZA follows their 2019 global hit and live favorite 'Lose Control.' As everyone's schedules were busy, finding times to bring the tracks together took longer than anticipated, resulting in the album moving to November. Due to the long lead times required for physical format production, both tracks will only feature on the digital edition of REBECCA.

Still if its not going to be included on the main album, why not release the album as planned and have the digital tracks as exclusives later or as a deluxe

Where is this info from?

They need streaming to prop up the album is my guess - they are banking on one/both of the collabs to take off and help the first week performance of the album?
