This was basically known a while back but now seems official, with confirmation of their new manager being Craig Logan, formerly of Bros! Article from The Sun:

Music mogul Simon Fuller created S Club and managed their career of hit albums and TV shows for almost three decades.

But I can reveal in a shock move the group, whose name even references Simon with the “S” initial, have split from him and his company XIX Entertainment, ending one of the most long-lasting relationships in pop.

Now their career is being guided by former Bros member Craig Logan, who is a hugely successful manager of acts including Pink.

A music insider explained: “S Club worked with Simon for years, it was the sort of relationship you don’t see in music any more because they were so loyal.

“But, more recently, he decided to steer his business in a different direction and the group signed with a new company.

“Their catalogue of hits is with Universal Music, so they have a lot of power behind them and the world is their oyster.”

All 11 of S Club’s singles between 1999 and 2003 went into the Top Ten, with four No1s including Don’t Stop Movin’ and Never Had A Dream Come True.

But Hannah Spearritt, who was in the group alongside Jo O’Meara, Rachel Stevens, Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh and Jon Lee, said they were paid the relatively modest sum of £150,000 per year, suggesting management took a big cut of their earnings.

She said: “We were not on a good wage compared to the money being made.”

However, Simon, who also managed the Spice Girls, Amy Winehouse and Annie Lennox, persuaded the seven of them to reunite for a 25th anniversary tour in 2023.

Sadly Paul died of heart issues weeks after the announcement, and Hannah then decided not to take part.

But the others completed a huge arena tour and last month supported Boyzone at London’s Emirates Stadium.

Now with new management, it sounds like S Club won’t Stop Movin’ just yet.

Certainly a sign that they have future plans together, and I think it's for the best to have some fresh blood on the team now, could perhaps have done with it a bit sooner!

The S in S Club stands for Simon Fuller. Now they're just 'Club' 😔

Would be hilarious if they actually rebranded to that but id say they are probably allowed to keep it because its literally just a letter
