Yeah, I'm aware that I'm in the minority here because Carly Rae is 3/3 so far for me, but I think that this is impeccable and so much accessible than "On Wires" and "After All".

Her best out of the 3 so far but even then it gets just an alright from me. Really hope there's highlights on the album as there's none to be found in the singles yet

I love the singles to be honest but this one doesn't quite catch me as much as I expected it to.

I really enjoyed this. It’s definitely a lot more accessible. A bop.

This is legitimately my favourite song of hers since run away with me which is also my favourite song of all time. I am so BLOODY HYPED for the album.

This has really clicked with me this week. I initially thought it was kinda typical Carly but a tad basic but its simplicity and the way it kind of holds back is its entire charm.

She’s just effortlessly great at writing a super melodic hook and that leaves you ultimately not needing all the bells and whistles that you’d get from other artists.

Heard this for the first time the other day, and I don’t…know what to think of it? Like as a pop song, melodically it’s really strong but something about it just isn’t quite clicking with me in comparison with her older material. It feels like there’s something ‘too much’ in the song for it to click as a whole for me (but perhaps with another play or two that opinion might change).
