Chart Recap | Week 34

After introducing himself simply as Gary, Stephen Wilson Jr. apparently sees no reason to complicate matters. Gary climbs another 3 places to become this week's #1.🤠

The highest debut comes from Niko Rubio, who lands straight at #2 with the second bop on the chart Mine.

Absolutely take the Elevator exactly where one would hope, rising 4 places to #3. Dagny is also heading firmly in the wrong direction.😁 Running Down A Hill races 7 places up to #4. Gravity continues to be treated as more of a suggestion.😊

Last week's #1 Sara Bareilles falls to #5 with Still Crying. Given the circumstances, the title has become slightly more convincing.

Former champion паліндром slips to #6 with Сенс, while disiz retreats four places to #7 after last week's spectacular 24-place leap with rire de pleurer.

almost monday remain comfortably inside the Top 10 at #8 with delicate, and another major new arrival follows at #9 as Camille Yembe debuts with Paradoxale. A paradoxical title, perhaps, but a Top 10 debut is fairly straightforward.

At #10, Nothing But Thieves climb six places with Baby Kool (Evelyn), giving them their first week inside the Top 10.

One of the week's most striking moves belongs to Chanel Yates. After appearing to be on her way out, Once Upon a Time suddenly jumps an enormous 15 places to #19 in its 10th week. Once upon a time it peaked at #5. Apparently the story isn't finished. Mette also makes excellent progress, taking Bet up 9 places to a new peak of #18. And Tove Lo & Stromae continue the unexpected second blooming of des fleurs, climbing another 4 places to #17 in week six. These flowers are proving surprisingly difficult to dispose of. Role Model moves five places to #13 with This Song Is All You Get. Fortunately, the chart seems reasonably satisfied with what it got.

There's plenty of fresh material through the middle of the countdown.

Elle Coves enters at #23 with All of America, at #26, Stephen Sanchez debuts with Forgetting Your Kiss, Florrie brings Love Hearts in at #28, giving her two songs on the chart, while warner case, Jean Tonique & Max Kaluza arrive at #32 with summer on the inside. Sensible enough in late August; we'll revisit the concept in November. And Hinds enter one place lower at #33 with Good Bad Times. The chart position seems appropriately undecided.

Hi there!

Nice to see "Des Fleurs" in the top 20.

Great chart!
Take care.

Hi Bgood,

the Niko Rubio song is quite nice. Also great to see another Florrie song. Totally overlooked that her album is out now. Hope it will become available on CD soon.

Hi bgoood

cool to see Rose Gray still doing pretty well in your chart!

Hello bgood,

Amazing to see Mette and Charlotte Carding in your chart <3

Thanks DaTilt,

Yep, Niko is definitely one to watch🧐Florrie is my long-lasting ❤️ but not all her latest material click on me🙃 she can do better, I'm sure🫡

Hey Bgoood! :)

Glad to see Absolutely & Dagny in the Top 5! It's a shame that Adéla took a bit of a tumble, but hopefully she'll get a resurgence in the weeks ahead with the release of her debut album next Friday.

Good chart!

Hey Bgoood,

Stephen Sanchez entering with "Forgetting Your Kiss"

Hi Sven!

Agree! Nice thing🫱‍🫲

Haven't seen lately so much from his new stuff in the charts regretfully.🫤
