January 28, 200719 yr The Sweet Escape is actually a diverse and strong album that she had a lot of input into. The songs I've heard from JoJo's album apart from the first single have been dire, to cap it all off I doubt JoJo knows what she's even singing about... songs on The High Road like, The High Road are about true experiances that JoJo has faced growing up. she was bullied when she was in school because people were jealous of her talent and (i think) she co-wrote this song saying that if someone treats you bad, you should take The High Road. hence the title
January 28, 200719 yr Despite what I said about JoJo, I think she's very talented for a 15 year old and she could truly become something in years to come.
January 28, 200719 yr Author Yes, I think you have all had your say now, so please stop arguing. Thank you.
January 28, 200719 yr I think it's a bit stupid that people don't have any respect for her just because she's not even old enough to legally have sex or drink or whatever. Anybody can make music any age. I have been writing since I was 13 years old. You can still have experiences at any time of life that make you want to make music. I do think a lot of JoJo's stuff is manufactured and quite boring but using her age as a reason why she ins't good enough is just silly tbh. That said Gwen is everything I like about an artist. Yes she has made some appallingly bad urban $h!t as a solo artist but her days in No Doubt and the amazing Pop stuff on LAMB etc balance it out plus she is unique. Edited January 28, 200719 yr by Graham
