The year of Pop Idol, with both Will Young and Gareth Gates getting 3 Number 1s with Darius getting one as well :o Also the year of Popstars: The Rivals with eventual winners Girls Aloud, with Pink, Atomic Kitten, Elvis, Eminem, Christina Aguilera and Enrique also getting huge Number 1s!

There's a lot I loved that year. I voted for 'Colourblind' - for no reason other than its the one that gives me most pleasure. Even now I still love to hear it. I think a lot of his tracks are better - 'Chrysalis to Butterfly' one of the 'b' sides I like more as a song but, 'Colourblind' still gives me feel that lovely feeling when it comes on.
