Don't know where you got that idea fella, but only individual (ie, single track) downloads of "Ruby" will count for the singles chart, along with purchases of the physical or digital single. Anyone that downloads "Ruby" as part of an entire album download will have that sale logged towards the album chart only. Otherwise, you'd have a sale counting for BOTH the singles and albums charts - which makes absolutely no sense.

Well I bought a copy earlier so only 19 more to go :lol: Hoepfully sales of that war song will fizzle out enough for it to leave top 10 and Cascada will end up at around #9
