February 28, 200719 yr Aly, I don't know where the hell you're getting the "attitude" from. I was stating a fact. Get over it. PERFECT example of "where the hell he's getting the attitude from"
February 28, 200719 yr The fact is that Cascada sound great in clubs and in the UK it is the chavvy clubs and the chavvy music channels (e.g. Fizz) that help Cascada into the charts... Not really, its channels like Hits, Box, MTV Dance, that have much more impact on the charts, that help Cascada chart. Those channels play all kinds of music too. Yeah obviously there are chavs that like Cascada, I was simply arguing that how would you know that it's actually the chavs helping them achieve the top10, when it can actually be a vast majority of non-chavs purchasing them, like you and I. Apparently by some that's having an attitude...

February 28, 200719 yr all i said was "not only chavs". hardly an attitude issue. Maybe, but your replies ever since have had an attitude problem - therefore proving the person correct :)
February 28, 200719 yr Maybe, but your replies ever since have had an attitude problem - therefore proving the person correct :) Well duh, i was obviously pissed after accusing me for something stupid. Anyway, not gonna debate this. I couldnt really care less.

February 28, 200719 yr Author Can we get back on topic please Talk about how random this thread is going  from midweeks to chavs.
February 28, 200719 yr Obviously you DID care though if you were "obviously pissed" I cared about what he said about me, obviously, I never leave a comment about me unadressed. I don't care if people like it or not though.

Apparently by some that's having an attitude... I was just pointing out that it is these 'chavvy' acts that I mentioned that do well on physicals, often rising from their midweek positions as chavs go out on saturday when they are off school and buy stuff like Cascada physically. For one thing I've seen it happen week in week out in music shops and secondly I have a lot of chav friends and they all own at least one Cascada single (though I own all three  )
March 1, 200719 yr Is Nelly's Loose still at number 9 or has it gone up again? I think it will go up as she is at number 7 on Play.com (was number 11 on Monday, 9 on Tuesday and 8 Yesterday) :-)
March 1, 200719 yr Author Fingers cross we get an update today, otherwise that's it folks for this week.

But what you are saying is that kids in school are all chavs? All the kids that are at school can only buy stuff during the weekend. Plus, dance and R&B acts climb during the weekend also because they are types of club music, and many will want to purchase stuff they hear after a night out.

Plus, dance and R&B acts climb during the weekend also because they are types of club music, and many will want to purchase stuff they hear after a night out. A lot of kids in schools are chavs...or alternative...there seem to be two categories now...My sister says about 95% of her class (she is 16 and in year 11) love Cascada, rap and dance music. Kids at school go out with their friends at the weekend as many of them can't do so in the week...I don't deny that dance & R & B acts climb due to people hearing them in clubs, its just that the physcial charts over the past few weeks have shown that these acts are still holding up well on physicals and linger a bit longer than some of the other genres on physical format... I'm not just making a sweeping generalisation about chavs, some rock acts are very popular with them like My Chemical Romance for example... I'm not the first person on here to make such a comment either...I've seen loads of people before mention that certain acts are more popular with chavs and I just happen to think that Cascada are one of these acts and I'm sure Miracle will hang around for a while yet because of this
March 1, 200719 yr There arent just 2 categories, i'm pretty sure "normal" kids that don't fit in either groups still form a great part of the school population. And yeah i know you're not the first person to say that, maybe that's why I got annoyed at you instead for saying that.
March 1, 200719 yr thanks mikey, thought the war song would drop, bu ti think it could drop further, maybe outside top 20 by sunday cos saturday is gonna be a massive day for singles sales!!! It's been in the news this week about becoming a hit, so that might generate some extra sales. It's nice to see something a bit different in the charts.
