"Glamorous" is sadly good :(

She does seem to have copied Nelly Furtado by going with the whole Mid-tempo RnB balladish thing..

Record companies don't make money on single releases usually. In a lot of cases, they will lose money. They only make money from album sales so to them that's what's more important.
Phone the record company :P

I think they kill slowly the physicals singles market

The album re-entered the top 10 last week for the first time in months, so I still can't see the point. :(

This is nothing like anything by Nelly Furtado except maybe Showtime.

I agree. It might not mean much in terms of profits but its still a big status thing to have a number 1 hit, and sales are growing again now! I think by the end of 2007 most artists wont release CDs and download sales will grow.

I wish Glamorous would gets arse into the bloody top 20!

It will be next week I think ^_^

The Physical format seems to be dead to me, look at the physical chart that I post every week, most of the tracks in the lower end of it hardly are in the official Top 75 these days.

Triumphant after their double BRIT win, The Killers return with new single 'Read My Mind', another stand-out track from their acclaimed album 'Sam's Town', which is approaching the million sales bracket here in the UK. 'Read My Mind' follows the more melodic route of their spectrum, and comes accompanied by a range of remixes across all singles formats from the likes of Pet Shop Boys and Linus Loves. - HMV

Is Showtime or Do It the next Nelly F single? Either way, a really bad choice! Should be 'Afraid'!

Easily Christina's best music video in her career especially she's pretending to be Andrew Sisters in the video thanks to computers.

Surely that is the point? The album has been out of the top 10 for ages and then they make the single download only and...bingo.

It's a joke imo. Chipz top 10 etc.

The album would have remained top 10 even with a physical.

The point is they cancelled the physical after the album had re-entered the top 10, how pointless.
