The Hamilton bias in the FIA is a joke

First of all they don't strip him of any points after Stepneygate even though his team was convicted of cheating

He then disobeys orders to get Alonso punished in Hungary in qualifying

He gets a free tow out of a gravel trap when he spins off even though the rules clearly state that if 2 or more wheels are off the track you are not entitled to a tow

He then causes all sorts of chaos in Japan - notice how Vettel has been cleared now

Kubica gives him a gentle accidental nudge in Japan and Kubica gets a drive through even though those sort of incidents happen 10 times a race without any sort of penalty

Then not to mention his dirty driving

The fact is that the rules of F1 apply to 21 drivers and 1 driver (Hamilton) can do whatever he likes without fear of any sort of punishment just because Bernie wants to line his pockets through the Tiger Woods effect of a black man winning the title

I just read a poster called LH make virtually the same points on the BBC 606 Motorsport Formula One forum, then I come on here and read this..

Those of you who have hovered in the Perspectives/World News forum know I can't stand politically correctness including positive racial discrimination, but I have to totally disagree with you on this.

Lewis Hamilton will win the title because he is/will have been the best driver of this season. He has out driven in his debut season his team mate who was so say the best river in Formula One Fernando Alonso, the man who deposed Michael Schumacher of his World Title and the man who was seemingly going to win 5/6 World Titles. Yet Lewis Hamilton has come along and done something unprecedented in the previous history of Formula One Grand Prix.

Anyone who thinks otherwise could justifiably be accused of anti-racial bias. After all how many non-Caucasians do you see in any form of Motor Racing compared to other sports, or amongst the crowds supporting the sport?

Who cares if he's won the Championship by cheating? We've had a cheat as a Champion for the first 7 years of the decade, an 8th wouldn't make a difference.

agree with most of your points, plus is Hamilton really a rookie, he has been driving For Ron Dennis for nearly 10 years in some sort of car, plus he knows Mclaren inside out

Yet another phenomenal performance by Lewis Hamilton today in China, grabbing his 6th Pole position of the season in the penultimate Grand Prix.

His fastest qualifying lap was over 6 tenths (0.6 seconds) faster than team mate & current (but hopefully not for much longer World Champion & bad loser) Fernando Alonso who qualified in 4th spot behind the two Ferrari's.

Final qualfying positions for China GP:

1. Lewis Hamilton (GB) McLaren 1 min 35.908 seconds

"It is painfully obvious to me that the right guy to be world champion is Lewis," "In fact, my main fear would be if he didn't win it. Kimi Raikkonen barely talks to anyone and as such has done little for the sport, and as for Fernando Alonso, in his two years as world champion he has done nothing."

"Lewis Hamilton has been a real breath of fresh air and has resurrected Formula One,"

"I have been in motor racing longer than I care to remember, but I have never seen anyone like him. He has been nothing short of a miracle worker.

"We lost a big hero in Michael Schumacher but in Lewis we have another. But for him, I'm not sure where the sport would be heading."

Shows all along that the poison dwarf has been manipulating the championship in favour of Hamilton as he will bring in the most money, for the boss of the series to say something as disgustingly biased as this just casts a massive shadow over Hamilton's season in the sense that much of the season he has been getting a helping hand from the stewards and the FIA

The fact that you conveniently ignore the praise that former F1 World Champions Jackie Stewart, Emerson Fittipaldi, Niki Lauda, Mario Andretti, Jody Scheckter, Keke Rosberg, Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill & Mika Häkkinen have heaped upon the 22 year old in his rookie season this year is quite frankly disgusting.

No driver (obviously bar the first ever season of Grand Prix in 1950) as ever won the World Championship in their debut season.

"What Lewis Hamilton will (hopefully) achieve will be truly a fantastic achievement, unprecedented in the history of the sport" Murray Walker. "How often have we seen number 2 drivers come along and share the team with the current World Champion and consistently & comprehensively out drive them? Virtually never is the answer. Yet what Lewis has done in his first competitive season of Formula 1 is truly astonishing".

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been watching Formula One on TV since the late 1970s and the only word to describe Lewis Hamilton is phenomenal.

It's painfully obvious that your Racist bias is raising it's ugly head.

Like Tiger Woods before, Lewis Hamilton is a fantastic role model and can become an inspiration to a whole new generation in a sport that has rightly been tarnished and accused of racism in the past.

What it generally seems is that any Ferrari fan accuses the FIA of being biased to McLaren and Hamilton and that every McLaren fan accuses them of being biased to Ferrari. GROW UP!

I'm not particularly a fan of any of the top 4 (Heidfeld for me) but if I had to pick a favourite it would be Kimi. However, I cannot deny that Hamilton deserves to win the Championship and has been the best driver throughout. I'm as fed up of the media and James Allen & Maritn Brundle sticking their heads up is arse as everyone else but he's still been the best driver this season.

Its got nothing to do with race :manson: I have been a huge fan of Montoya who is not exactly an albino lol, I championed Montoya lots pre and during F1 and was gutted when he left F1 and he is a dark skinned guy, I am not bothered in the slightest about Hamilton's skin colour, you will see in news/perspectives that I have stood up for blacks, asians and muslims on more occasions than I can care to mention, it is deeply offensive to suggest that my dislike of Hamilton is on racial grounds.

My dislike is based 1) the excessive Diana style hype in the media that hails him as the second coming of christ and better than Senna and Schumacher 2) The fact that he drives for McLaren (although I did manage to stomach my fave driver (Kimi) and 2nd fave driver (Montoya) driving for the evil enemy)

NOTHING whatsoever to do with Hamilton's skin, it is outrageously offensive to claim that anyone who does not blindly follow Hamilton is a racist :manson:

Whilst not a fan of fast cars I was slightly amused by Hamilton's childish sulk on radio yesterday

.... the crux of which was "if people don't stop being mean to me I am not going to drive any more"

The Hamilton bias in the FIA is a joke

1)First of all they don't strip him of any points after Stepneygate even though his team was convicted of cheating

2 He then disobeys orders to get Alonso punished in Hungary in qualifying

3 He gets a free tow out of a gravel trap when he spins off even though the rules clearly state that if 2 or more wheels are off the track you are not entitled to a tow

4 He then causes all sorts of chaos in Japan - notice how Vettel has been cleared now

1) You're only saying that because that would obviously give Kimi the title, and the FIA didn't strip Alonso either, they wanted a spectacle for the title race, not some drab finale where Raikkonen wins by 50 points because McClaren's drivers have no points.

2) How did he disobey orders? Alonso's physio (I think) was the one deliberately holding Hamilton up, if a workmate of yours deliberately held you up for an important meeting, you'd be just a little pissed off? Same thing.

3) That was legal actually, he was in a "dangerous position" which does entitle a tow out of the gravel trap if the car is still running, and if my memory serves me right about 7 drivers aquaplaned off on that corner alone, so constituting a "Dangerous Position"

4) Now, I didn't think he did that deliberate, Ok it was stupid but doesn't stuff like that happen all the time when the safety car is out? It nearly always does, when he's trying to out-wit the other drivers, I actually think it was his fault, but no idea why he'd lose points or even a stop-go penalty. The visibility was probably 10m or less.

5) It was wet, probably thats what influenced the decision.

The fact is that he's not far from becoming the first British F1 Champ since 1996 and that, should be celebrated, and not looking for conspiracy theories why he shouldn't have won.

Me too. Not talking like a champion was he.

He seemed concerned there was an investigation into his apparent breaking of the rules.

Why moan about an investigation, there seems to be evidence to suppose it.

The rules as I understand mean that Hilton should be within 5 car lengths of the safety car. Now was he within 5 lengths? It don't look like it to me. -_-

My dislike is based 1) the excessive Diana style hype in the media that hails him as the second coming of christ and better than Senna and Schumacher

Personally I prefer the opinion of experts:

Stirling Moss on Radio 5 Live has just hailed Lewis Hamilton as "the most promising Formula One driver I have ever seen".

NOTHING whatsoever to do with Hamilton's skin, it is outrageously offensive to claim that anyone who does not blindly follow Hamilton is a racist :manson:

So nothing to do with the racist comments reported by the Australian media today made by Mark Webber then using the "W*g" word when refering to the McLaren driver.

Stirling Moss above anything else is a massive patriot, he would support a chimpanzee if it was British and driving an F1 car (no racial overtones it is a figure of speech ! ), his unswerving loyalty to McLaren over Stepneygate, his bigging up of Button over the years, if it is British then it is the greatest thing since sliced bread when it comes to Stirling Moss

Moss hated Schumacher, Moss hated Senna so he is letting his patriotism cloud his judgement, this is the same guy that spent half his F1 career in struggling British teams out of loyalty to Britain

As for the other point since when have I been Mark Webber ? if you can find any examples where I have used the word wog on this board towards Hamilton or anyone else feel free to ban my ass for good and publish the evidence but you are making yourself look very foolish here ;)

The point I was clearly making is that there IS racism in motor racing.

You were clearly rubbishing the whole concept that people dislike Hamilton because of his skin colour.

Going back to Schumacher and Senna

Hamilton has had a very good first season but on the other hand he has had the best car on the grid so of course he is going to stand out more at the sharp end of the grid, with the best car a podium is the very least that is expected of him but he has just shown he can mix it at the sharp end, his only real serious opposition has been a talented but mentally flawed Alonso

Compare that with :

Senna - Almost winning a race in a TOLEMAN in his debut season, this is the equivalent of a Spyker nearly winning a race, Monaco that time was one of the greatest drives in F1 history, Senna several times in that Toleman put the car in places it had absolutely no right to be in, far more impressive debut season from Senna in an under powered Toleman than Hamilton in the most powerful car on the grid

Schumacher - With only 1 days practice and called in at short notice because of Gachot being jailed Schumacher puts a mid to lower grid Jordan in its highest qualifying position ever, then goes to Benetton and destroys a 3 times world champion (Piquet) again far more impressive than what Hamilton has done with the best car on the grid that has almost run on rails all season, opponents for Schumacher in that season were the likes of Prost, Senna, Mansell, Piquet

Moss must have had a bit too much malt when he made those comments

Hamilton has done a very good job I give him credit for that but he has had the best car

Now I agree with you on this.

There is no way I would rate Hamilton above the likes of Senna or Schumacher.

However, when was the last time a rookie driver joined the team of a current World Formula 1 Champion and (at the moment) outscored him?

Ha.Ha.Ha :smoke:

Alonso is gonna win, moreover everyone against him. that's FAIR PLAY some peeps don't know what that means. :(

Hamilton go home.
