Manic Street Preachers return to an ambitious, edgier and energetic rock sound this spring with new album 'Send Away The Tigers' . The first single to be taken from the album, 'Your Love Alone Is Not Enough' is a duet with Nina Persson of The Cardigans, of whom the band have been long time fans. The song was recorded in New York earlier this year and is described by Nicky Wire as "Keith Moon drums, Pete Townsend power cords, sonically similar to Hole's 'Celebrity Skin' - 'Everything Must Go' era – euphoric rock… lyrically a two-way conversation in my head about love, religion, democracy and Richey".

I'm very happy to see M.S.P. back on the charts especially after J.D.B. solo record didn't do as well as expected despite having a great tune with "There is No Way to Tell I Lie".

But is isn't as good as past tunes but it's odd to here the front woman of the Caridigans on a rock record.

Hmmmm, my favourite Travis song was Sing, but I don't really enjoy their music.

Go and listen to both of the songs and see then! How can you sing Ignition that is really fast to Don't matter?

Any violent people named Damon may want to leave the chart thread now to stop damage being done to any nearby radios -_-
I agree, all great songs which will definitely define 2007 in years to come. Oh and 'Catch You' for me of course. :P

Well i was going to mention that but im holding back because MAMI is better

This Travis track is okay, but Fran doesnt half talk a load of boring poo, and boy can he talk!

9  (from 7) Natasha Bedingfield - I Wanna Have Your Babies [P]

With a number 1 single in America and a number 1 UK debut album, Natasha Bedingfield is the UK's biggest female pop star bar none - a bold, beautiful home grown answer to US uber-divas Christina Aguilera and Pink. The first cut to be taken from her sophomore album 'N.B.' is 'I Wanna Have Your Babies', which lyrically touches on a woman's fight to reign in their natural disposition to "rush into things" in an effort to find that elusive "one", that potential father to their children. Musically it is distinctly "Natasha Bedingfield" – the voice to melt radios, the beats that drop either side of the Atlantic, the arrangements that are undeniably quirky, but still, somehow, work. - HMV
